Sports for Every Child
From the fields, through the tracks to the courts, we use sports to teach discipline, teamwork, and confidence — shaping future champions on and off the field.
Sports
At Yayotse, we recognize sports as a powerful tool to engage, inspire, and uplift young people. Our sports program currently in football, volleyball, and basketball is also a means to guiding them away from harmful environments and ensuring good health and well-being (SDG3), and toward a sustainable future. The BONDEY SPORTS ACADEMY (BSA), an after-school sports-based intervention program, provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where participants engage in activity for enjoyment, effective learning, develop of motor skills, and are mentored to develop physically, socially, emotionally, personally, and in communication skills to afford them a future filled with hope, opportunity, and empowerment.
This platform uses the power of football to inspire critical thinking and problem solving, develop better control over mind and body, work out how to achieve goals, and how to work as a team toward a shared goal.

Bondey Sports Club (Boys’ Team)
A platform to redirect attention from delinquency, develop confidence, a positive sense of self, understand and regulate own emotions, and unlock athletic potential.

Les Papillons - (French word for butterfly - Girls’ Team)
To generate the interest, participation and representation of girls in football, both on and off the pitch, to promote gender equality, good health and well-being, foster inclusivity, build confidence, leadership, and to empowers girls to soar beyond societal limitations in tandem with SDG3 and SDG5.
This platform uses the power of football to inspire critical thinking and problem solving, develop better control over mind and body, work out how to achieve goals, and how to work as a team toward a shared goal.

Play with Purpose (PwP)
We believe in the power of sport to shape lives – not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and socially. That belief comes alive through our athletics program, Play with Purpose (PwP).
PwP is more than sprints, throws, and jumps. It’s a movement that brings together young athletes to train with intention, grow with discipline, and dream with confidence. Our participants engage in track and field activities, lesser-known sports, and even indigenous games – all designed to promote inclusion, and holistic development.
But what truly sets PwP apart is its deeper mission. Every practice session is a step away from harmful environments and a step toward a future filled with hope. In our vibrant after-school spaces, youth:
- Stay active and healthy
- Build resilience and self-esteem
- Learn discipline, teamwork, and leadership
- Develop essential motor skills
- Gain tools and values to thrive in life, not just in sport
Whether on the field or beyond it, PwP equips young people with purpose, and that purpose becomes their power.
