He is deeply motivated by the belief that every person, regardless of background, deserves the chance to thrive. He spares no effort in ensuring that, the hopeless, needy, and forgotten find renewed purpose and dignity. He is a passionate advocate for education and the empowerment of the girl child, firmly believing in the power of education to break the cycle of poverty and injustice. Sampson is especially focused on advancing equity and inclusion.
He is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), with over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, business strategy, and leadership. He has held senior roles in prominent institutions including Status Security Intelligence Ltd., Roflex Investment Ltd., J.A. Plantpool Ghana Ltd., J.S.A. Logistics Ltd., and Kissi Consult, where he demonstrated strong insight in strategic direction, financial stewardship, and operational leadership.
Sampson holds a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Ghana Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from Central University, Ghana.
In addition to his professional career, Sampson is also committed to community development through sports. He has served as a volunteer coach in football and athletics for Covenant Stars FC, Accra Community School, and Fafali Organization, using sport as a tool to inspire discipline, teamwork, and hope among the youth.
As President of Yayotse Organization, Sampson brings a dynamic blend of vision, technical expertise, and empathy. He leads efforts to drive organizational growth, foster stakeholder collaboration, build strategic partnership, and champion sustainable development initiatives that create long-term impact.
He integrates technical excellence with a passion for mentorship and innovation. His human-centered approach ensures that success is built on teamwork, integrity, and social responsibility.
Godfred is a versatile and results-oriented Communications and Public Affairs professional with over a decade of experience at the intersection of media, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. His passion lies in using communication as a tool for impact, designing and delivering messaging that gives life to programs, projects, and organizational values.
Throughout his career, mainly in key strategic communications roles at the Global Shea Alliance, Reroy Group, Chamber of Free Zones Companies and the Goldstreet Business Newspaper, he has spearheaded initiatives to create compelling content and visibility strategies across media platforms to spotlight the work of organizations, amplify impact, and cultivate meaningful engagement with diverse audiences, including funding and partner agencies.
Proficient in multi-platform campaign management, he leverages creative content development, media relations, and stakeholder intelligence to support fundraising efforts, policy influence, and program visibility.
Godfred also brings proven experience in producing high-impact informational and promotional materials, and offering timely updates and value-driven narratives that elevate project visibility, raise awareness, and drive collaboration. He is adept at building and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals and foster long-term trust and credibility.
A strong advocate for youth development, Godfred harnesses the power of communication to drive change, create opportunities, and ensure lasting impact within communities. He holds a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Public Relations) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
Faustina is an ardent advocate for service, empowerment, and equity. As a dedicated champion for youth, girls’ development, and climate action, she is works to create corridorsof hope and opportunity for underserved communities. She strongly believes that education, mentorship, and inclusive leadership are important tools for transforming lives, especially for young girls who continue face systemic barriers.
Faustina is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a major in Biochemistry, Cell, and Molecular Biology at the University of Ghana. She aspires to become a medical doctor, with a vision of using healthcare and community development to uplift the susceptible and create lasting impact.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Faustina is actively involved in sports development and youth engagement. She has volunteered as a football coach for Les Papillons and participated in coaching workshops in Ghana and Egypt, helping young girls build confidence, teamwork, and resilience through sport.
As the Board Secretary of Yayotse Organisation, Faustina plays a crucial role in ensuring effective governance, strategic planning, and communication. She supports the board’s operations with professionalism and integrity, while also contributing her insight and energy to the organization’s mission of promoting dignity, education, and sustainable development.
Faustina brings to her leadership role a unique combination of administrative excellence, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to social impact. Her dedication to purposeful work and belief in empowering others make her an inspiring force for change.
Ama is a Public Relations and Customer Service professional with over seven years of experience in customer relationship management, front office administration, and client service delivery across various corporate sectors. Her greatest strength lies in her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which she leverages effectively to engage diverse groups and deliver tailored solutions to service needs.
Currently serving as the Managing Director of The Facilities Tribe, a cleaning services company in Accra, she oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of the company, while also managing customer relations and the organization’s digital presence. Her career journey includes key administrative and marketing roles at Sparkles Prime, Nella Interactive, IzyTicketsCompany Limited, and Kwikbrand Company Limited, where she was instrumental in strengthening internal systems,
expanding outreach, managing social media platforms, and supporting clients with excellence and empathy.

Atuahene is a Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (CSR/ESG) professional who creates value by aligning industry operations with evolving policies, regulations, and ethical certification standards. He currently serves as a Social Compliance Auditor at UL Solutions Inc., where he helps corporations uphold responsible and ethical business practices across their value chains.
Prior, he worked with government agencies, non-government organizations, and universities on programs across Africa and United States, cutting across the fields of agricultural development, energy policy, and industrial safety. He brings on board over a decade of experience in public service, international business, and social impact.
He holds a Master of Public Administration from The Bush School of Government and Public Service of the Texas A&M University, a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Ghana Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Atuahene is passionate about responsible business and ethical practices.
Apostle Eric is a dedicated and community-centered leader with over a decade of experience in peacebuilding, ministry, and social development work across Ghana. With a strong background in conflict mediation, community engagement, and strategic leadership, he has spent most of his professional life working in rural and underserved communities where poverty and illiteracy remain prevalent. This unique experience has shaped his deep empathy for people in need and strengthened his ability to build meaningful relationships, resolve conflict, and inspire positive change.
Apostle has been a Board Member of the National Peace Council – Upper East Region since 2014, and has remained at the forefront of peacebuilding initiatives in conflict-prone zones, mediating disputes, advising on regional security, and fostering a culture of non-violence through direct engagement with stakeholders and the youth.
His peacebuilding expertise is further strengthened by professional training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Prevention of Violent Extremism (PVE), both undertaken with COGINTA and ‘Prevention of Electoral Violence and Enhancement of Security in Ghana’ (NORPREVSEC) Project in Bolgatanga and Tamale respectively. These specialized trainings, funded by the European Union (EU), have deepened his understanding and capacity to address complex community conflicts and security threats through nonviolent and sustainable approaches.
In his ministerial journey, Apostle Eric has served as a Missionary and Resident Pastor in Savelugu and Bolgatanga under Lighthouse Chapel International, where he was instrumental in community outreach, church growth, and the development of young leaders. His tenure as Associate Apostle at Pleasant Place Church in Accra further reflects his leadership in evangelism, satellite church planting, marriage counseling, and teaching.
His earlier role as Senior Housemaster at the Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Center helped shape future ministers, as he supervised students’ welfare, discipline, and academic progress. He is known for his excellent human relations, conflict resolution acumen, and a strategic approach to stakeholder management. A natural communicator and respected speaker, he brings a unique blend of spiritual, social, and civic leadership to every role.
Apostle Eric holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Accra Business School, a Diploma in Full-Time Ministry from the Anagkazo Bible School, and a Senior Secondary Certificate from Oda Secondary School.
Edith Pinamang is a seasoned Entrepreneur, Business Development and Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, organizational development, and people management across Ghana’s hospitality, consultancy, and service industries. Her career spans strategic management roles, with a proven track record of designing and executing performance-driven solutions in business development, HR leadership, and administrative operations.
She served as a Board Member of the Internal Audit Agency until January 2025, and currently serves as Managing Director of both Ellaven Consult Ltd and Bethel Chemist Ltd. Edith brings a wealth of governance experience and strategic insight to organizational policy-making. Her career includes executive roles at Royal Beulah Hotel, The Cabin Hotel, Tomreik Hotel and Mensvic Hotel, where she successfully led initiatives in HR transformation, performance management, and operational scale-up.
An accomplished professional, Edith is highly skilled in human resource strategy and performance management, organizational growth and business development, leadership training and capacity building, policy development and implementation, team leadership and staff retention, as well as corporate communication and stakeholder engagement. She is widely recognized for her ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams, and for building systems that enhance employee performance, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth.
Her academic credentials include an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds multiple diplomas and professional certifications in administration, HR, and corporate leadership.
A lifelong learner, Edith is actively involved in professional networks, including the HR Managers Network in Ghana, the Hospitality Women Network, the African Association of Women in Tourism and Hospitality (AAWTH), the Ghana Tourism Federation (GHATOF), and the World Tourism Network in the USA. Her extensive travels across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the United States have given her a global perspective on management, tourism, and social enterprise – insights she brings to her advocacy and board-level contributions.
